What to Expect On Your Service Day
At JT Scoop, we prioritize being efficient, clean, and respectful, always treating your yard as if it were our own. Here are the steps we take to guarantee the best and safest service for you.
1. Notification
We'll send a reminder the day before and day of your appointment.
Customers are not required to be home during time of service.
We only ask for easy access to the cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard.
2. Scoop
A technician will arrive on the day of your scoop.
We walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any pet waste and will always walk your yard multiple times to ensure everything is as clean as possible.
3. Safety
Once the scooping is complete, we’ll ensure the yard is properly secured.
We will also spray down all of our scooping equipment with an organic kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of illness.
4. Disposal
After all the safety measures have been completed, the technician will load up all the bags of pet waste and place them in your trash can.If you prefer, we may also load up the bags in our service truck to be disposed of with waste management. We'll take it with us so you don't have to worry about it!
